PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
President, Mysore Education Society (MES)
“I am really honored and delighted to have been chosen to lead Mysore Education Society as its President. I deem it a great privilege conferred on me.
Mysore Education Society was founded in 1956 by a group of patriotic citizens with a view to imparting quality education at reasonable cost. Our steadfast adherence to this policy continues to this day. From its humble beginnings as an intermediate college for girls, MES now manages two schools, four pre-university colleges, two undergraduate colleges, and PG and research centers in mathematics and Kannada. Spread over four campuses at Malleswaram, Rajajinagar and Vidyaranpura at Bengaluru, MES caters to the need of over 8000 students offering programs from pre-nursery to PG and PhD who are backed by a team of highly motivated teaching and non-teaching staff.
The pedagogical approach we use, led by highly talented and passionate teachers, encourages critical thinking, creativity, and innovation that prepares students for academic success and for the global challenges that face them.
We are dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich tapestry of Indian culture and tradition. Beyond the academic realm, we actively promote cultural events, language programs, and performing arts to instill a sense of pride and connection to our heritage.
Website for the organization is one of the methods to publicize and showcase the activities of the Society. I am sure that the refurbished website will be very useful for all the users to know more about our Institutions and enable the prospective student to gain adequate information to make an informed choice based on the courses available and the excellent faculty in place.
Wishing all the MESites the very best.”
