Our History

Mysore Education Society is a name for imparting value-based education for the last 50 years in Bangalore city. MES is a registered body, which has philanthropic, patriotic and far sighted citizens of Bangalore as its committee members.

MES Kishore Kendra Public School was founded in 2005 under the parenthood of Mysore Education Society, Malleshwaram. It was the brain child and dream project of Late Sri K P Surendranath. It was born to realize the founder’s dream of providing value based education, starting from the Pre- primary education level up to Grade X. It is a Co-Ed school in Vidyaranyapura affiliated to ICSE (Affiliation no. KA 136) and offers the prescribed subjects under this curriculum. The strength of each section is limited to 45 and there are two sections in each standard.

The school has well-lit, spacious and ventilated classrooms to provide an impetus to the young minds. The attractive furniture in each class rooms brings joy among the children. The play area with rainbow coloured play equipment is the centre of attraction for the tiny tots. The well stacked library increases the urge of reading among the children. Attractively arranged computer lab makes the children up to date to cope with the changing world. The Audio-Visual room serves as a medium to make learning fun. Children enjoy the “learning by doing method” in the activity rooms. Indoor games are equally encouraged.

The School has adopted various innovative methods incorporating the best of the traditional Indian education system and the latest educational trends available in modern times. This has borne fruit and our school is already a renowned institution in Bangalore and has achieved cent percent success rate in ICSE board exams.

School provides conducive atmosphere to achieve all round development of the children by ensuring that their schooling is enjoyable and they are clear about ethics, social responsibility and are emotionally developed to be a valued asset to our country in particular and world at large.
