Admission Procedure
ADMISSION GUIDELINES
- 1. Direct admissions will be facilitated for B.A, B.C.A & B.Sc, on merit basis.
- 2. To make such direct admissions, a ‘Help cum Counselling desk’ will be set up, wherein the students and parents will be informed about: Fee structure, Scope of the course, Open Electives- BCU Guidelines, Internships & Placement opportunities, Student support and facilities
- 3. Two separate application forms will be issued for B.Com- aided and unaided. Once admission is done, transfer from unaided to aided will not be permitted.
- 4. An Omni Bus list will be prepared for all the students seeking admission to B.Com aided sections and the merit cum eligibility lists will be prepared based on this omni bus list as per the reservation policy and displayed.
- 5. All students who seek admission for B.A, BCA, B.Sc. & B.com need to apply through the UUCMS portal of BCU.
- 6. Institutional application form will be given to the students either through Edchemy (ERP) or physically, in the college. It is mandated that all students should fill this institutional application form along with other mandatory undertakings.
- 7. All students who seek admission are required to follow the guidelines, contact the office for fee payment procedure and further clarifications.
- 8. Student and his/her parents/ guardians have to be present at the time of admission.
- Documents Required For Degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.C.A./B.Com.) Admissions 2024-25
- 1. Duly Filled Application Form
- 2. Attested True Copy of II PUC Examination/Equivalent Qualifying Examination Or Downloaded Copy of II PU Marks Sheet (Equivalent Qualifying Examination) Or Photocopy of II PU Marks Card (Equivalent Qualifying Examination)
- 3. Xerox Copy of S.S.L.C. Marks Card or Equivalent Exam
- 4. Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card
- 5. Recent Passport Size Photos – 3 Nos.
- 6. Photocopy of Valid Caste and Income Certificate (For Reserved Category)
- 7. Declaration Form, Anti Ragging Affidavit, Form for ID Card
- 8. Migration Certificate (other state/CBSE/ICSE)
Online Student Application Flow
- REGISTRATION : Candidate Registers himself / herself on UUCMS portal by entering personal information, category, quota, bank details, previous educational qualification details and sets his/her own password. System generates Candidate ID.
- APPLICATION SUBMISSION Candidate logs in with Candidate ID & Password. Candidate creates the application by choosing University Program. Candidate provides his/her options from amongst the Disciplines offered by the college and enters priority for each option and submits the application.
- COLLEGE ACCEPTANCE On selection of application, College Principal enters the counselling date and sends out an invite to the Candidate for counselling, through e-mail. After Counselling, College Principal verifies the documents uploaded by the candidate during submission of Application (on the portal). If documents are found to be in order, the principal accepts the application.
- CANDIDATE PAYS FEES If candidate receives acceptance from one or more colleges, he/she chooses one of them and pays the admission fees. Candidate pays fees through online mode using the payment gateway.
- FINAL APPROVAL BY THE INSTITUTION On payment of fees, the institution provides final approval to the candidate’s Admission. USN is generated for the student and sent via email. Student logs in with the USN (as username) and Date of birth (as password), for confirmation of admission.
- Admissions are merit based. After accommodating the students of M.E.S.PU College, seats are allotted according to Government directives regarding the reservation policy. Within a given category merit is considered as the basis of admissions. Physically handicapped persons, renowned sports persons and cultural achievers are positively encouraged. *There are a few Management seats for which students have to apply directly to the college.
